Position Summary

The Blockchain Technology Consultant will be responsible for advising on the integration of blockchain technology into various financial and operational strategies. You will work with internal teams and clients to analyze blockchain use cases, recommend suitable blockchain frameworks, and ensure secure, scalable implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain principles and hands-on experience in developing and deploying blockchain solutions.

You will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Blockchain Advisory: Provide guidance on the adoption and integration of blockchain technologies across various business processes.
  • Implementation Support: Work with development teams to ensure blockchain solutions are implemented according to industry best practices.
  • Technical Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend blockchain platforms and frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda) based on specific project needs.
  • Security Assessment: Ensure blockchain deployments are secure and compliant with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients and internal teams to communicate the benefits and challenges of blockchain adoption.

You should possess the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in blockchain technology consulting, including hands-on experience in blockchain development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda, and experience with smart contract development.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess the feasibility and impact of blockchain technology within financial systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
