Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. You will manage a variety of campaigns across platforms like SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation to drive engagement and conversions. This role requires both creative thinking and strong analytical skills to continuously optimize the marketing efforts and ensure measurable results.

You will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
  • SEO/SEM: Drive traffic to the company’s website through on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and manage paid search campaigns to ensure high ROI.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage with audiences, and increase followers across various platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports to share insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for digital campaigns, including blog posts, emails, landing pages, and ads.

You should possess the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative Skills: Experience in creating engaging digital content and a keen eye for detail in visual and written communication.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with the marketing and creative teams effectively.
