Position Summary

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, developing models, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. You will be responsible for financial forecasting, budgeting, and evaluating investment opportunities to help guide the firm’s investment strategy. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to support the firm’s financial goals.

You will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Investment Analysis: Analyze current and potential investment opportunities, providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on market trends and financial performance across various asset classes.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process and create long-term financial forecasts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with investment teams and portfolio managers to ensure alignment between financial forecasts and investment strategies.

You should possess the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. A CFA designation is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within an investment firm or asset management company.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, build complex financial models, and derive actionable insights.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing financial reports and models.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data clearly and concisely.
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
