Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that all operations within the company run efficiently and align with the overall strategic goals. This role requires a balance of operational expertise and leadership to drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and team collaboration. The Operations Manager plays a key role in enhancing productivity, managing resources, and ensuring that all teams operate in compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

You will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including workflow management, resource allocation, and process optimization to ensure business goals are met efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure that all operational goals are achieved within set timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, managing risks associated with operational inefficiencies or legal concerns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.

You should possess the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a corporate or financial environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and developing teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure that operations are conducted according to the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
